Core 3 is an Australian IT provider founded in 1999 by three IT professionals who pioneered the "work from anywhere" approach. They needed a brand identity and Squarespace website that matched their technical expertise while feeling approachable and trustworthy to the businesses they serve.
Core 3 was founded by three IT professionals with a vision to change how Australian businesses approach technology. As one of the first Application Services Providers in Sydney, they pioneered the "work from anywhere" mentality before cloud computing became mainstream.
Over two decades later, Core 3 supports dozens of organisations with custom IT solutions across three core pillars, infrastructure, software, and people. Their clients, from accounting firms to law practices, trust them for responsive, personalised service that lets them focus on what they do best.

The Work
Discovery & Brand Strategy
We started by understanding Core 3's unique position , a small, highly responsive team trusted by clients for over 20 years. Their three service pillars (Infrastructure, Software, People) became the foundation of the entire brand narrative and visual system.
Logo & Visual Identity
The Core 3 logo was designed to represent the connection between their three service areas and how they sit at the centre of their clients' businesses. The visual identity uses clean geometry and a professional colour palette that conveys trust, reliability, and technical competence.
Design System
We developed a complete design system including typography, a defined colour palette, custom iconography, and button styles — all built for consistency across the website and any future brand materials.
Website Design & Build
The website was designed and built on Squarespace, giving Core 3's team full control over content management while maintaining the polished brand aesthetic. Each service area has its own dedicated section with clear messaging and calls to action.
Content & Messaging
We crafted messaging that speaks directly to business owners who want their IT to simply work. The tone balances technical credibility with approachable language, reinforcing Core 3's mission: make work a great place to work.
