The terms that govern your use of this website and the content we publish on it.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://dazlab.digital (the “Site”), operated by Dazlab Digital Pty Ltd (“Dazlab”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), an Australian product studio. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the Site only. Our individual products (such as Handl, TaliCMS, Arbeo, Mortar, and Mber) and any consulting engagements are governed by their own separate agreements.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business-research purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected database or system;
- introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site except as permitted by our robots directives; or
- reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Site in breach of these Terms.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, we own or licence all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the “Dazlab” name and branding. These works are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print extracts for your own non-commercial use, but you must not modify or use them commercially without our written permission.
4. Content and accuracy
The content on the Site — including blog posts, insights, case studies, and product descriptions — is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no representations or warranties that it is complete, current, or error-free. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.
5. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, products, or services of any third-party site.
6. Contact and enquiry forms
When you submit an enquiry through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information and consent to us contacting you in response. How we handle the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and its use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
